Are boats with people you see pass by you real people in the game playing? I've wanted to know this...

I know the ones in the Matterhorn and Splash Mountain are not real, but the ones on the Jungle Cruise ride never seem to repeat.. so I am not too sure. Maybe ask The Yeti??

There NPC's. ( I dont mean like credit-givers, I just mean characters people dont play. @_@)Ive seen like them pass by, then repeat in a pattern, they just dont seem to repeat cause theres a lot of them.. :)

As far as I know, the real NPCs are Esmeralda, Yeti, Dragon, Blackheart, Ned, Phineas, Ezra, & Gus. Sure, if you wish to count the people riding in boats and other places you see people that just don't talk, have a conversation with others, be my guest :D

They are not real players.

Don't make fun of them though D=

I'd say that they are NOT real. If their real, they gotta change the clothing! =)

heh, id think they are real people.. bc everyone that goes by is always ugly! and most everyone on vmk is not that ugly.. most people know how to dress uh.. good i guess.. O_o @_@ rofl i know i dont look like that! (well not all the time ;))

There may be some people who dress like them. As you can see though if you visit the Matterhorn and focus on the people on the ride you can tell that they are not actual players. Because the girls hair is highlighted and the boys clothing is far from any VMK clothing that has ever been out on the market.

I have noticed that too, I wish it was real! Her hair is cool. And is it me, or does she have like black fishnet on her arms? She looks kind of goth.

Notice also that the people in the boats only wear generic clothing, i.e. you never see somebody floating down the river with a princess dress piece on, or a sparrow piece, or a space suit piece, etc. I think the people are just randomly generated, which would also explain why they're never the same.

They aren't real. One time, me and my friend CaptainZeke did an experiment. I sat down while CaptainZeke played the game, and I didn't see him float on by. So, nope. Not real :D

I'm glad that they are NPCs. If they weren't, there would be a lot of peculiar dressing people in VMK.

They're not real, but I love to dress like them and walk around saying how tired I am from riding those jungle cruise boats all day.

I would really like to see an update to some of these "players" riding the Jungle Cruise. Not one of them has a clothing item that was released in the last year and a half. I think it would be cool to see some of the more recent hats, shirts, and other costume pieces on these riders. Even a sparrow costume or a Stitch hat would be a nice touch.

Yeah, As the other people said the characters are NPC's. They don't actually play the game they just float by to demonstrate where the boats come through.

One day I saw a bunch of people playing a game in the Hidden Temple. They would all quickly change their clothes to match the person on the next boat. while standing on the "bridge". It was fun to watch, and not that easy if you have a lot of clothes.

I think the people on the Jungle Cruise are definitely real.

I used to think they were real players until I asked Lily in one of her picture rooms this past Summer. She 'LOL'd at me and told me 'omg no way', probably thinking I was nuts.

You know, when you first create a character, it looks weird when you pick your gender. Well, that's what they do. They don't have time to change the clothes on every single character now, do they? :)
There are also boats in blue bayou that make me think a new ride is coming..

yeah, i agree with ali-rae i think they just randomize they people riding in the boats :)

If you cannot put your cursor over the character to see what their name is or click on the character to see their badges and pins, they are not a real character. It's as simple as that.

Well I still think that the people on the Jungle Cruise are real people.

I have two computers and I sat myself down at Lost Safari on one
computer in the hope that the other family member on the other computer would come by me.

It sure did but not in my instance, when the boat arrived at their
Lost Safari there was my other family member in the boat. I have noticed this before.

Has anybody else tried it. I wonder !!!

Back in the days of '05, I was a guest, a very dumb guest that didn't understand anything. I had other guest friends and we tried for hours to see each other as we passed by in the game... that didn't work, lol
