well I know its a simple question but I can't figure it out. Whenever I go to "contact us" on the bottom of the vmk page click on it, then the blue and green screen comes up.... after I pressed the player button then I filled out my information, then the only thing that show is this

I have no idea where to go from there. Is there something I'm missing? I want to fill out for the dream room thing so I thank you for the help.

While I'm not an expert it sounds like it doens't like the info you have entered (Birthday most likely) and that is why you are getting that information.

I agree, it sounds like you are entering your birthday info incorrectly. Also, don't forget your name is the one you type in to access VMK not the name of your character (if different).
