Yeah, made a costume on CS2 that looks relatively decent.


Then I got bored and added Makeup to the character, but it's not too heavy . &^_^&

Edit: I do notice that the bottom of the dress needs to be...fixed somehow. XD

It's really nice.
Try using a fine paintbrush to outline it. I think that will help the bottom of the dress.

New Layer - Any Soft brush size 3-7 [brushes that come with photoshop] in your color, and right onto the lips. Make sure it's only on like...50% Opacity, though. Or it'll come out looking fake. xP Then, go to Layer - Layer Style - Blending Options - Blend Mode: [It should say Normal] change it to Overlay. Use Satin if you like how it looks. ^_^

thats really good, avoid too much blurring though on the dress, and you might want to take off a little of the shading towards the bottom of the dress, it might help.. but otherwise its great :D
