Yea, I usually don't make up polls on certin things in WDW but I figured I had to before they changed it. The first thing you see in SpectroMagic is these people that have glowing faces in the first parade float in spectromagic. Well according to disney they did what they did becuase it scared kids and such (read more below). Well they had removed the glowing faces and now are useing painting faces!

They're using painted faces now? Bummer. The last time I was there, they still had glowing masks (that was about a year ago). I'd hate to go back in April and see that they're gone.

The glowing faces to scare kids? Hah~The only way they could probably do that with glowing faces is if they made the faces look scary.

Yeah, the faces look so Happy with Big... Fat... Smiles.

You know, that is a little scary. Like that dude from Scary Movie 4 0_o

Actually im in pretty good contact with imaging and such and they said they had done it becuase the ''Glowing Faces'' had scared little kids and that's not what they want in a kids theme park. But to me the enw faces are more scary, also disney released the same statement about it.

These new face characters are quite disturbing. From their debut last night, I have heard nothing good from people on other boards. They made something creepy even creepier. The Spectromen look horrible. You can now also tell that not all of the Spectromen are men.

Yea some are women we all knew that (or atleast i thought everyone knew it) but a majority of them are women and I DO NOT like the new faces. To me they are more scaryer then the older ones and I know scary , just go to HHN or watch a movie of it.

I left last week, saw the parade. You cant see the faces THAT Clearly.
Im returing later this week, and ugh. Not looking forward to seeing..PAINT.
I have a fear of clowns, are they more clown like now? o_o

Wait, if the faces are painted... Do They GLOW? That would be monstrously freaky 0_o.

I'm now scared to see the BEST PARADE LIKE EVER.
If the faces look like the "It" I'm going to pass out.

No they dont glow but the light from there costumes make you see the white and blue painted faces very well and it's not a very pleasent site.

oh joy.
im scared, and i havent actually sit down and seen the parade for a while, just watched it when walking.
so this time, i was going to sit and watch it for once.
ill try and get pictures.

It's nothing big, this is a minor change that WDW wouldn't mention. Like the new solar powered trash cans in DTD they finally got done removeing all of the old ones and never announced it so it's just a minor thing nothing big.
