Well VMK Central is closing next month and I was wondering where else I can go to make a born in park character(my mom is planning a trip and i can go anywhere but it wont be until atleast December)

you can still make in- park characters at innoventions at Disneyland. Even though that they removed the VMK Central from there the computers to play them on where in a different building. but im not sure about in WDW.
