For some reason, when i re-enter rooms on vmk it wont load. Also, alot of items wont load. What is happening?

It might just be that you haven't let it have enough time to download all the items in that room. Or you are out of cache space, stuff like that.

Well last night i just defraged and the disk cleanup, so i hope it works...computer is definatly faster

Yea check the ram next. If not the ram then try a better internet connection, that may also be a role.

I reccomend 512mb+ of RAM. Depending on how much you run at once, or what all you are running at the same time. I have 1GB in this computer, and normally run about 30-50 different applications at one time. Some of them very CPU intensive, others not.

Like Facnyface said, RAM or an unstable internet connection could be the problem.
