First, get a lot of money...
That pretty much does it.

I thought I'd point out the photo tour again:
http://www.vmkforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=10566
When I was asked about the photos, the most common questions were how do you get in? and how do you become a member?
The second question answers the first: to get in, you have to be a member or know a member.
To be a member, I'm not sure what the prices are these days. Last I heard, the lowest member level was somewhere in the $10,000 range. Meals are then extra at some 50 - 60 dollars minimum.
As TikiRoom suggested, the waiting list to become a member is a couple of years.
Best of luck. Thousands of people would like to get in and few ever do.

Corporate memberships, which cost $20,000 plus $5,825 in annual fees and $4,375 a year for extra members, rarely turn over and are used more frequently, he said. Individual memberships run $7,500 plus $3,025 in annual dues.
On top of that, members must pay for their meals, prepared by a chef who graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y. A recent lunch for four, came to $257 before tip.

Lol
well just knowing where the door is isn't going to get you in
my dad got to go in one time for a party when he was a cast member at disneyland, but other than that you have to be a member

You need a membership, like a room key that you put into a slot near the door :)

I have been in Club 33. It is not that exciting. I mean, I didn't eat there, but my family and I were on 'A Walk In Walt's Footsteps", or something like that. It is a tour.
And for the tour, we got to go in Club 33. We didn't get to go upstairs, which is where the dining is, though.
I will briefly explain it to you:
There are stairs that go upstairs. There is a broken elevator. There is a big mirror. There are decorations. Not worth all your money.
However, I am not accountable to say that since I have never eaten there.

There is actually a buffet portion.
The elevator does work, its very tiny though.
It is not much like the one in VMK we can say for a fact.
Just the Tabel cloths are the same.

You might find the bulk of decor is upstairs, where you apparently did not go. For one thing, the elevator (as was pointed out already) is not broken.
The lower floor is kept somewhat undecorated so little shows when someone who is not a member looks inside through the doorway.
