is going to be coming to Disney's Animal Kingdom.

Though it has been disputed for a long time if the ride will be added or not.
I'm wondering if this rumor is true.

They need to add something to the park, it is so small. A lot of people that visit for 3 days, skip AK because of the lack of things to do. It was a great improvemnet to add Everest, but compared to the other parks, it needs help!

Compared to DCA, AK is more of a success than DCA. Considering DCA is getting a considerable $1 Billion facelift just to bring it out of this slump. If I recall, AK alone is bigger than all of the WDW parks combined with its animal safari range. There is more to it than what rides are there. I heard about that Journey to the Center of the Earth, but I heard it was going to be for Disneyland Paris as a ride for 2010.
Plans to add a Journey into the Center of the Earth attraction are apparently in the works for 2010. These plans will replace a former plan to add a copy of Soarin’ to the park in 2009 due to the impact of Everest on Animal Kingdom.

I remember being on that ride a long time ago. Now if I can only remember what was in it.

Oh yay. I'm sure Schmoofy will be happy at this new change. Why AK, and where abouts would it go? Apart from it being the smallest park.. I would have thought it would go at EPCOT with the Universe of Energy?

Journey to the Center of the Earth sounds like a replacement for a Body Wars sort of thing, doesn't it? For me, it just doesn't fit in AK, but EPCOT.

Idk, but "Center of the Earth" sounds a lot like "Middle Earth" to me.

More then likely it will eventually... DAK isn't building any new attractions, the only park that is building new attractions and not resturants is MGM and EPCOT is rebuilding some...
