I would have to say fruit. It has more flavor and is more chewy in my thoughts. =D

If it's based on flavor, I enjoy the fruity and sweet taste of fruit!

OVERALL, I'd say both. You need both to live a healthy life. Each have vitamins and minerals that the other doesn't have. So eat both! :D

while we are on the subject of fruit vs. veggies.. what about those tomatoes.. they have seeds like a fruit but all other fruit tastes sweet.. i say veggie bc of the taste but some focus on the seeds.. what do you think?.. btw FRUIT ROCKS!!

I checked both...because it really depends.

When I was younger I would have checked fruit though. For some reason, veggies are gaining as I get older.
