It doesn't have to fill the whole VMK screen. In fact, that's not only for VMK! You can use it for VMKF and lots of other stuff!
Your image should look like this :

Agreed. Many of the reasons that I like Windows more. (not to mention I like Gateway computers better than Dell, but that's a different story.)
PaperClip 11-30-2007, 01:06 AM Agreed. (not to mention I like Gateway computers better than Dell, but that's a different story.)
Same here. I would get a Gateway before considering a Dell. And I don't like either brand...
I like the Clipboard-paste utility in Photoshop Elements 4.0. One click, all done.

MS Paint you just cannot beat it in any way shape or form for simple image editing..

I would consider re-phrasing them words..
Destination 12-09-2007, 10:49 AM how do you get to the images? like I can see the print screen button but how do i get to the image? nothing comes up when i press it.
goblinguy 12-10-2007, 12:26 AM all u really have to do is hit control shift and 3 at the same time
and save it as a jpg. And PS owns paint.
Destination 12-10-2007, 12:49 AM control, shift, and 3 took me to a different internet tap i had open, it doesn't take a screen capture for me
Lady_B 12-10-2007, 12:58 AM It's command(the propeller/apple key), shift and 3.
That's to snapshot the whole screen - to get just part of the screen push command, shift and 4. You'll get a crosshair cursor, draw a box and let go.
Easy :xgrin:
Then edit with any paint type program. I use Photoshop.
Destination 12-10-2007, 12:59 AM I have a PC not a mac so I think thats why it might not be working on my computer ;)
Lady_B 12-10-2007, 01:25 AM Ah... Afraid I can't be of any help then.
PCs I know nothing about. :( Just Mac. I've got a G4 with not enough memory.
Zebraa 12-29-2007, 10:03 PM There's a WAY easier option than that, easier than opening paint on a PC.
Click Apple+Shift+4 and a cursor opens, similar to the one that you make a box with on paint. Drag it over the area you want to take a screenshot of, and poof! there it is on your desktop. Simple, no?
Also, as goblinguy said, you can press Apple+Shift+3, and it takes it of the entire screen.
YoTong 12-29-2007, 10:05 PM I prefer a mac though. It just seems better than Windows once you get used to it.
