vmk is free but toontown isnt so how could they make money every body is quitting toontown so there not making much and vmk is free so how are they making money :confused:

The park quest help them make money too, even though I do not recommend them since if you get banned most likly no one here should get banned but I belive people are reporting people for fun since to many people who are nice have been banned and Disney has a large amount of money that a free game that does get some income does work -Max Twinklescooter

Basically, VMK is a giant ad for Disney Parks. They use things to make you beg your parents to take you, (Or beg your spouse to skip the Bahamas and go to Florida for the annual vacation :D ) such as the in park quests and tours. They are making money off of VMK through Park Ticket sales. Toon Town, however, isn't an advertising gimmick, so they charge money for it.

There not only making money even though codes are posted on here there is over 10,000 members and i would say a quarter of them are members of the site. Think of the ones who have no clue what the codes are and will go and buy cereal, I have the codes and i am still going to buy the cereal just to see what it looks like. Think about the ones who buy tickets to go to the parks which those run for about 49.99 just to get the VMK rewards. There making there money trust me.

well that's an explanation for the money for toontown. i just played toontown for a while (the free trial thing lol) then i quit. it is cool but my parents my mom is the problem here so i quit. i find neopets as a hobby after that it is pretty cool. then when i received my June 2005 disney magazine it said about vmk and i tried it now i'm here.. that is all

VMK isn't making to much money off of me. I had an annual pass before I even heard about VMK, then I just took my pass and went to VMK Central in the magic kingdom a few days after I heard it was set up.
Fun stuff. The keyboards on the computers in VMK central are weird, they are hard to push and I usually get the same letter to punch out twice instead of one! So it takes me forever to type anything when I login at VMK central at the magic kingdom.

Nobody gets banned just from heresay. They check the logs, you know. They log each and every word you say.

Then how come my sister got banned which banned me too I doubt they really look at everything to many people to keep track of otherwise I would not be banned now so yes they can see everything said but does that mean they do it all the time my guess is not all the time. -Max Twinklescooter
