Why was the max. avatar size reduced to 64x64? I liked 100x100 better. Plus, it is hard to make out what the avatar says in 64x64.

I have heard that with this and toon town's they run the server almost at max... They wanted to get another server for this... but need money for it... It is very nice and if we have to pay, I am still living, if everyone pays a couple bucks then the 1000's of us all together can pay for this site! wenyeva 06-28-2005, 11:45 PM I actually don't mind signature limits and smaller avatars. Large images load slowly (and waste bandwidth that costs the hosts of the site money), and the ones that are really big are kind of annoying to see over and over again. (Sorry.) Smaller ones are fine and are just as nice a way of showing personality. And since people can pay and still have the larger ones that way, this seems like a nice way of handling the situation. |
