I'm SO excited for the new Disney Pixar movie coming Summer 2008 June 27th! It's a story about a robot named Wall•E that works in a junk yard packing trash in squares who finds out what he was REALLY meant for.

I saw the Wall-E teaser trailer with Ratatouille. The animation looks amazing. It doesn't even look like computer-generated imagery: It looks like physical models!

I'm sure there will be additional trailers with more information and scenes from the film. It's very early yet, and this teaser trailer is just a very brief first look. I, for one, am impressed.

I'm sure I'll love it. No Pixar film has failed to amuse me just yet, hope they never do. Ratatouille, just saw it on opening day... I loved it =D Sooo cute ^.^ lol Wall•E looks amazing and like it'll be something good.

Some may know I have this "Thing" against Pixar. Yes I see some of the movies. But this, oh this may change my mine about pixar. IMO, looks like the first real Disney quality Pixar movie. We will soon see, but I think it will be my favorite Pixar movie.

The short film before it was worth the money enough, I was laughing so hard, and Ratatouille to me was worth three times the price.

E.T. was Spielberg's new generation of film-making, his company Amblin Entertianment used E.T. as it's logo.

And Wall-E will be voiced by Ben Burtt, Oscar-Winning sound designer of Star Wars. He will voice the character electronically.

They could not stand that pixar were not doing toy story 3 and so they went on with another contract!

After Wall-E is Up, then Toy Story 3. TS3 is 2010.

My Thoughts

That laptop is so cool! I saw the video of the guy making it and it was amazing! He said that it was custom made, so you have to send in your laptop and you have to pay to have that done to yours. The gamecube system is so amazing! If that comes out, Im so gonna buy it! It's so cool! And those little action figures, those are so cool too! I wanna buy one! :)

SPACE ESCAPE is like BLAST IN SPACE from VMK.

We are very excited about Wall*E! This may be one of the few movies we go to see in the theater. We don't go very often because it costs just as much to take a family of 4 as it does to buy the DVD or even blu-ray now. If we know we'll end up buying it anyway we end up not going most of the time.
I have loved everything Pixar's done so I don't see why I won't love this one too :)
They still believe in the old rules of if you don't have a really good story to tell then don't make a movie. I don't care if they're not using classic hand drawn animation, other than that difference they're very much like the classic Disney studio to me. They're not one after the other meh direct to DVD sequals that really didn't really need to be made.
Going to have to go check out those games later on today!

I remember reading somewhere that he's supposed to be a little bit like R2D2 from Star Wars. There is never any english spoken by him but you could tell what he's said all the same. Of course we have C3PO to help translate in a pinch though..not sure if they'll be something like that in Wall*E...
