I was searching around and found this out about some Disney Characters:

Goofy's original name was 'Dippy Dawg' then became 'Dippy the Goof' and finally 'Goofy.'

According to the cartoon Donald Gets Drafted (1942), Donald's full name is Donald Fauntleroy Duck (his middle name appears to be a reference to his sailor hat, which was a common accessory for Fauntleroy suits).

The comic strip story "The Gleam" (published January 19-May 2, 1942) by Merrill De Maris and Floyd Gottfredson first gave her full name as Minerva Mouse.

Mortimer had been Walt Disney's original name for Mickey before his wife, Lillian, convinced him to change it.

Pete is also known by countless other names, including Peg-Leg Pete and Black Pete.

You know any others?

I knew about the Mickey and Donald names, but not about Minnie or Goofy.

Oh and another name for Pete, "Mean Old Pete"

Donald's middle name is actually a reference to "Little Lord Fauntleroy", the subject of an English childrens story about a little bratty boy who wouldn't do anything anyone wanted him to and who was a real pain.

Remind anyone of Donald?
