OK, I just found out that I won a Best Guest Room Award. I logged out and logged back in, and I didn't recieve my pin, my credits, or my Club 33 tickets. Anybody know what's wrong?

Do you get it automatically? Well I would wait a bit then use the Contact Us button. Although that rarely works :bnindifferent:

You get it in about 5 to 7 days, thats what happened when I won.
