This is the e-mail I just sent to VMK, but I'm hoping that someone here may have an idea of how to fix this:
When I first sign into the game each time, I get a pop-up message that says "loading furniture items." After this loads, I can enter the game. I get this bar *every single time* I load the game.
The first time I enter the Haunted Mansion Lobby each session I get the pop-up message that says "Loading Additional Items."
The first time time I enter each Fantasyland Dark Ride each session I get the pop-up message that says "Loading Additional Items." I get this message once per ride per session.
I also see a lot of "blue placeholder boxes" when entering new rooms. I read in an update that these blue boxes would be used when you enter a room that contains furniture that you have not previously seen, so as to speed loading of the room. However, I see these boxes the first time I enter some of my *own* rooms each session.
If I am disconnected and have to log back onto the game, I once again get the "Loading Furniture Items" and "Loading Additional Items" boxes upon entering the Kingdom, entering the Haunted Mansion lobby, entering both Fantasyland Dark Rides and entering some of my own rooms.
I have a feeling all this means that my computer is not saving the new item and furniture data that is being downloaded, because I can't imagine that someone who visits pretty much daily like I do could *still* need to download things that were added to the game months ago. Is there a setting I should check to make sure that my computer is accepting these downloads? If this isn't the problem, can you help troubleshoot?
