When you litter, put chemical waste in water, or have motors causing gas to leak into the water many animals could get killed and some loose their habitat. When this happens there will be a shortage in food in an area and there will also be a shortage in water because you could get sick from drinking polluted water. Water also can turn dark green, navy blue, or black when you pollute the water. Don't ever drink water of those colors because, as I said before it can cause you to get sick.
