We recently came back from WDW. One of our Red Space Suit Codes is bad. I have used the contact us section twice already and have gotten this same response.

Hello!

Thanks for letting us know about the problem you are having with a
Code.

So that we can look into this for you, please help us by replying with
the following information:

- the exact code you entered
- the message you received when you entered the code
- where or how you obtained the code
- the item you were supposed to receive

Once we have this information we can look into it for you.

Regards,

Now I had already given this info that they are requesting so I replied with the same info and this is the message I received.

Thank you for your email.

We have closed your original help request, because we felt that our
last email to you answered your question. If you need more help, please
use the VMK Help Tool again and we will get back to you as soon as we
can.

Here's the tool:

What do I do now? As always the Contact Us is a total waste of time. Any advice would be appreciated. Has anybody ever been able to get a bad code replaced and how do I go about it?
Thanks in advance

What i found weird about the contact us was at some point it asks for the code. When I entered it (eg) BBBB-BBBB-BBBB-BBBB i got an invalid code message telling me there should be 16 characters and 3 hyphens. when I entered it (eg) bbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb it went through. Im so irritated right now. And I will continue to send them message after message.

I never had any luck with contact us and a bad code problem... I lost two DLR pumpkins which was very infuriating. The only resolution I ever got was to bring the cards with the bad codes back to the park and swap them. Glad I don't have any pending codes to enter right now since I don't have that option any more.

I had the same problem with 2 codes I had received and your story is almost exactly what happened to me. Here is a couple things:

1. It seems as if the way the system is set up, if VMK replies to you, they think they have resolved the problem.

2. You can't reply to their reply. You have to start all over again with a new contact us message.

3. If you have sent a new message, with the info they asked for, and have not gotten a reply, that is a good thing. That means that they are working on it. I think it took about 3 weeks to get the items.

You will probally get your items, I did, and it was a frustrating process. Just hang in there.

Try calling VMK. I don't know the number, but it's posted around here somewhere XD I remember VMK_Mocha told me they gave her a bad code and she told the people (coder people? Idk) about it and they gave her a VIP Pin. Doesn't make sense to me, since she's staff and could probably get a VIP pin anyways, but that's what she told me XD

You can never reply to their e-mails unless they say you can in the e-mail. When you do, you get, almost always, an instant message saying what you got. So, what they wanted you to do is fill out another "Contact Us" with the information you gave before, and the information they want. With that, they will look into it. Hope that helps! :)
