My experience: I was on a slide team, we got pretty close to winning. I've also am close friends to people who have won awards in past events, so I know some good styles.

Incentive: I'm providing times where we can all get to know each other and play pirates! Wouldn't you gain something from that? New friends and credits for building?

Qualifications: I'm looking for people who have some rooms that are best guest caliber or at least to me. (That means everything seems to be in the right place with a good idea behind it)
