Why is it that Wendot, Caroica, and Dark_Jester who are listed in the forum leaders area do not have pink/darkpink namesl ike the rest do?

Why is it that Wendot, Caroica, and Dark_Jester who are listed in the forum leaders area do not have pink/darkpink namesl ike the rest do?
We can turn on and off our Pink tutus at will. Most of the time we do that when we're on vacation or not very active on the forums for a period of time.

First off, mods aren't required to be on VMKF daily or even weekly. They are required to moderate the forums when they have time. Yes, it does help if all of them do some modding daily as this helps alleviate the work load on all of the mods, but often real life interferes with that.

As a curtasy, mods should check in with an admin to let them know if they aren't going to be modding for a period of time. Which Applebees has done with me. It's her buisness why she isn't modding, so I'm not going to even go into details on that.

The admins control who is and isn't a mod. Just let us do our jobs and don't worry about it. It's a real balancing act keeping your real life, gaming needs, and modding responsibilities juggled so none of them lack your attentions. We fully comprehend that fact and apply it towards our management of the moderation staff. Moderating is a volunteered position anyway. We don't get paid for doing this job. So you can only expect so much dedication towards something like this.
