I was at DLR last Sunday and made a new character.
It has the born in park symbol and that's it!!
My friend made one too and his character got the symbol, black ears and 200 credits.
I still don't have anything. I used the contact us and let them know but no one has gotten back to me yet :(
If anyone has had this problem please let me know.

They usually take a week or two, they're swamped in Contact Us letters most of the time. @_@

Well that is weird. Hmm... Well, the badge is most important :)

Maybe it was the computer you were using, I usually take a list of emails I create to DLR just in case.

When did your friend create the character(Earlier than you;same time;later)

That happened to me once, but I didn't worry about it, because I'd created something like fifteen other accounts that day, too.

Our characters were created at the same time which is why it is so frustrating!
I suppose I can give them a bit more time.
Perhaps they are just swamped right now with DLR losing VMK Central.

Been 10 days and still haven't heard back from them! :1poke:
