Welcome to the Official Unreleased Items thread. Here we will keep track of all the new and mysterious items that are found in VMK. These items have been found in staff rooms, been tested by the QAs, or brought out for special events. We will not allow items that have not been physically seen in the game to be posted. Remember, in MMORPGs like VMK, items may be initially created in the planning stages, but never make the final cut. Until we see it, it may not exist. Even then, sometimes items that are created will never be released publicly. Also, if there are any Alice/Peter Pan ride parts in a host room, then it would be okay to list them here. If not, then they may be exclusive to the rides only. There is NO confirmed released date and nobody knows how these items will be obtained. The look and names of these items are subject to change.

Remember, only items that have been seen in VMK are allowed to be discussed. Everything else will be deleted.

Yes, it was a glitch that it was released. Whether it's a real costume (or a mishap on color) has yet to been seen.

The problem now is will VMK EVER release Green Inner Space Magic? It does exist, but with the costume being released, there is really no point for the magic (It's just like doing pirate magic when a person has the pirate costume on).

Originally the 50th Chairs were created in celebration of Disnyland's 50th Anniversary. The gold chair was a prize for the 50th quest, and the green 50th chair came out on St. Patrick's Day 2006. As for the remaining two chairs (red and blue), they were never released. With new variations without the logo being shown, my theory is that they redesigned the chairs and intend not to release the ones with the logo. When, where, and if this is going to happen has yet to be seen.

Thanks Destination. That Mardi Gras hat is the same hat that is found in the VMK Gallery. It was accidentally released in the game but was soon pulled.

The purpose of this thread is to list items that we have proof of. We are always hoping that someone has a photo. Example - the HKDL long sleeve shirt. You and others mention the VMK coding site and yes, they are listed there (as are many things) but they have not been seen yet. Someone happened to have a photo of it so we could add it.

We always welcome your input Slinky, as you often have good things to say.

Everyone: I mention the coding site only as a reference. Do not ask about it because we do not allow it here in our forums.

There's actually a few that are out there. Technically they were never "released", they just popped up one day in the Kingdom. I heard a few stories about them 1) It's what happens when two VIP badge codes are entered (this is false, I tested it myself), 2) They were given by staff for helping out 3) They were a test prize for the VMK Tour but never made it officially into the Kingdom, 4) some VIP badge codes entered got this instead....etc Perhaps the original owners would like to come forward and explain to the rest of us how they actually got them, but I doubt that would ever happen. :D On that note, I will be adding the yellow Traveling trunk as well since it was never "actually" released.

Those are staff only items (or until they decide to change to make them public). Technically, they're already released.

Pretty cool stuff. Some of the things though, we've seen for a while. I bet they have some of this stuff ready to go, they're just waiting for the right time to release it. Oh, and the Turnstiles in Fantasyland are like the Epcot Turnstiles except without the big thing on top. I think that when the Epcot Turnstile comes out, if it does, the thing on top will be taken off.

To my understanding the tomorrowland quest pin and various tomorrowland magic spells are supposed to be released in in-park questing and some in-gameing. And the 50th chairs were supposed to be given as cards in wdw and dlr. Hmm they must be waiting for the new event ;).

The Yellow Travel Trunk was released during room makeovers last year, but there are only 5 in the game.. One of which is CL_LittleDragonErin.

All the Red and Blue 50th chairs were changed to no logo. Nobody knows why, but there are none now with logos.

The 50th chairs are changed to no logo because the 50th celebration is over, so they are no longer in need of the chairs to have 50th on them, only the released ones ( green and yellow )

Maybe we need a new category for items given as prizes but not released. That would include the Yellow Travel Box, Green Typhoon Crate, Green and Blue Blizzard beach Chair, Red Mission Space suit, Turquoise and Blue Flag and anything else I can't think of at the moment.

Except the Yellow Travel Box wouldn't fall into the "prize" category. If the Hosts did a room makeover and gave a Yellow Travel Box in the packet, that's not a prize, it's a gift. The Red Mission Space Suit isn't tradeable, so I think it's perfect for a not-released list. Also, the flags weren't "prizes," either, they were makers to let participants and others know your ride room had been judged.

The other items on your list have been released as prizes, and have been traded by a lot of the winners. Those are already considered released, then. ;)

But the red space suit was still given as a prize so therefore it should be considered released by your second thought. Just because it's not tradeable shouldn't keep it from being categorized as released. Would the red space magic be considered as unreleased since it's not tradeable? ;) he he.

Any player has an opportunity to obtain the items listed on this thread. The reason why staff only items are not listed in this thread is because no VMK player should have them. That is the green ears, blue ears, Club 33 Table, and the Club 33 room. At the moment, they will never be used by the players, only the staff. That is why staff items are considered "released," and not part of an "unreleased thread." Adding these items to this list will get players hopes up in one day thinking they can obtain those things. Last I heard, those items are *exclusive* to staff only.

Good point. Are items that were given as "gifts" from staff considered released? IMHO I say no since the public never had a chance to obtain them. It's not like they were given through trades like an eye pin for an entire weekend. Even when the 50 infernos were released, it was announced in the newsletter and MANY players got them. The gift items are different since only one player was able to get it. If that one player quits VMK, then that item is lost forever. It would be really silly of VMK to release something that way. In the case of the Yellow Trunk, it only appears to be in staff rooms and one player's room. This thread is a guide to help everybody keep track of what IS released and what ISN'T. That way, it can be helpful to stop rumors and help with trades. If everybody feels that it should be removed because at least one player has it, then I will remove it. After all, this is OUR fan site, and in order for it to be successful, everybody need to voice their opinion.

it does have a point you can use it to get into the inner space shop. that is why they releases the red space magic when there is already a red space suit.

I agree. If they were blue, the only part that would change color would be the tip of them.

Just so you guys are clear, the Shoes aren't supposed to be like the ones shown by characters on the Tomorrowland Page, but instead like the Blue Deep Sea Diving Magic. Compare them, they are exactly the same. (The blue backround affects the darkness of color of the boots unlike in the pic of magic)

this was a bug, it was something like back in beta, if u had a friend who has the space magic and they went into a room and u followed them and then they went into the room where u enter to go into space then u would have it and it would be in different colors.

Yavn has shown this in the newsletter. It will probably be released either this Friday or next Friday.

This item was replaced by VMK_Lion with a blue tron table. The red table is no longer in game, unless someone else has this table.

The Mickey rug was released by mistake. Someone claimed that a HOST gave it to them during dreams month. Also, the in-park quests are gone at WDW and DLR (except for the Nemo Submarine Card at DLR, but that isn't a quest).

Thats not really true. If an item is ridiculously rare it isn't considered "Unreleased' otherwise green baggy pants would be "unreleased' and so would green flips etc. The generator wasn't released to the public so it not considered released just like I said before.

Oh! Those are some awesome items! I hope they get released.

As VMK staff have said repeatedly, the outfit will never be released. I would personally not add it to the list, because it's not something we are allowed to have. On the flip side it an item in game which we have not been able to get ; it's up to the discretion of the mods on this one.

It isn't true. Green Inferno has been somewhat of a fantasy for a while now. Unless they could provide proof as to where they got this from a legitimate source, I don't see that we would accept it as true.

I don't think green inferno would mean all that much too me.

I don't really know the qualifications for something to be be unreleased but what about the blue presents and the walls in the background from the VMK Holiday Ride-A-Thon?

That is the same skirt that they wear now, it just looks different because the shirt bottom is black which is an eye trick to the skirt.

I can clearly see the Epcot ball and wand (which has been taken down) on all of the pins. 2261_t.jpg looks like spaceship Earth, 2264_t.jpg looks like mission space. those are the only ones I can make out.

As Rich said, it was given to the 4 grand prize winners of the space ride competition. They are not-tradeable. So, there are only 4 copies of the suit (with the exception of the VMK Staff) in VMK.

Ah, I remember being in CL_Nedkah's room when he showed us the Epcot Credit Turnstile. It was amazing, sadly, I was not on pal and couldn't take any pictures! But all and all, it looked pretty cool. I dont know what people would use it for, though.
