Has anyone else checked this out? It was so much fun! We got to go into this big (air conditioned!) room where we got to draw Pooh step by step with a real Disney animator. They had a bunch of other rooms where you could play with animations and look at cells too.

Plus: Free virtual desk!

(Or did they discontinue those, as well?)

I didn't get to go to the animation academy part of the studio, but I really, really, really, REALLY wanted to :[ I'm really into animation, and do some of my own in my spare time ;] I think becoming a Disney animator would be the greatest job in the world :]

I did get to check out the other rooms, though. I really liked looking at the concept art for some of the classic Disney characters. It's neat to see how different they are from some of the first concept drawings.

I also really liked the room where you could see all the cells. It was cool to spin the different types of wheels and see little animations of Mickey, and other Disney characters :]

I also really liked the HUGE room that you come to when you enter the building. I like how they have clips from Disney's animated movies being projected onto the walls. It was awesome! I really reccomend that place... it's pretty much my heaven. Haha.
