Someone probably already said this, and if they did I'm sorry if you did. I bet this is a staff person in disguise, so the people in the room don't go crazy. Normally people, when they see staff or a community leader, they go crazy and get over excited. I bet this is just a way so the staff person can simply go in, take the picture, and leave.
