From what we've seen with this costume way before today.. It seems to be a girls only costume. Also, there may not even be a dark ride competition, and no hints or clue have even been giving to say so. Yes, I know you may be speculating, but that leads to rumors...

I was just told by a community leader friend that the costume is girls only.. so what about us boys? Girls seem to get alot of girls only outfits, i mean, its really not fair for the boys. I just hope that the boys can wear the outfit to or we get another pirate outfit.

well all i hope is that there are multiple host prizes bc last pirate month (last june) there were the host pins for prizes and i think to other things and i know one of them was a green pirate throne so that's just my opinion bc now all the host pins are always common and not as rare as they were back in the day

They tried the multiple host prizes back in December. I don't see anybody clamoring for football markers, green candy canes, red dreidels, or wreath pins.

I'm suggesting that the Pirate Costume magic costume is what boys are wearing without the sparkles.Or Sparrow.Most likely not sparrow,because it's been released.;)You know what i mean?;)

Here's my ideas:

No releasing a single gender costume, without releasing another -- some "coolness" as the other.

Bring back that OLD sparrow costume, IT"S AWESOME!!

Yeah, but those are holiday items. Most aren't trading that well now that it's spring. Come next December I guarantee you those will be trading much better than say the Club 33 pins or giraffe pins next February or March. There just isn't demand for holiday stuff as much right now.

Of course more back on topic, I'm hoping for a re-release of the jolly roger pins, through the games, quest, or at least pin trading. And the costume to be on sale in the emporium. Boys got a smee costume with the Alice costume recently, and although it isn't much of a costume, I think they did it because they already planned Alice like with the hair, and didn't want the guys to feel left out since that has happened in the past with the princess dresses. So I think boys will get something, too, although probably not the same costume. Now, if they just leave smee up in the Emporium for the guys, that wouldn't be very fun, although it is a possibility, since I think that costume was an afterthought for fantasyland in the first place. I still think they should have made a pan costume, without the hat, for it to be two pieces. It would have fit a lot better than smee and been far more in demand.

A CL doesnt even know if it is exclusively for girls. Guy testers have been seen in the bandana, shorts, and shoes. Personally I want the bandana and shorts.us

-sigh- I hope, then I hope not. It's an adorable looking costume. I just love the shirt! I've never ever ever joined the ride competitions, and the one time I really do plan to (if I find a team and if there's a ride competition), this is the prize? It'll get me all worried and nervous.

In the host room tonight, Fin said that she couldn't give any information about upcoming releases. However, she did say that the costume she was wearing is for the staff to wear this month, so it may not be sold at all.

While they can't give out any info, recall that the only outfits HOSTs have ever worn besides their assigned ones have been released to us in some way or another: Everest Outfit, Sparrow Suit, Red Space Suit.
