To counter both of your statements:

1) Star Wars was NOT a Pixar film.

2) Remember that Pixar is tied with the Disney company so if it WAS made by them it would possibly have some VMK value. But it wasn't so it won't.

The Star Wars (and Indiana Jones for the matter) rides at the parks are licensed products. Disney and the other movie makers got together to make a combined ride. They are NOT owned by Disney.

I don't know what next month will be. I'll just have to wait and see. One thing I know for sure it wont be star wars.

It will NOT be Star Wars. Lucas would never allow this. The money that Disney would have to shell out just to have the rights would be astronomical and not worth it for a game that they promote for free. Even with merchandising, not going to happen. Trust me.

Well, Disney owns Pixar now, so I don't see why they couldn't include something from them. However, as far as the release for Toy Story 3, it's currently scheduled for 2009. A mere 14 years after the first one. The Pixar movie scheduled for this June is Ratatouille, so perhaps we could get Rat Trap Couches? Although I suppose Mickey might get jealous if they paid attention to a different rodent.

But they're very selective with the "right now" events which they choose to promote. What happened to Meet the Robinsons? Or Cars? Or The Shaggy Dog (That would have made a great magic pin!)?

The only movies I recall VMK promoting are Pirates, Narnia, High School Musical, and Herbie. Oh, and they went all-out for Tron, but I wouldn't consider that a "right now" movie.

Shrek doesn't have to do with Disney, there is nothing at the Disney parks or anything. Plus, I think that is all at Universal. It would be cool, though.

Star Wars and Disney have formed a partnership to create Star Tours. Disney has no further rights than that. There would be major hurdles to market a product they don't own. Basically, I highly doubt we'll ever see Star Wars in the game.

Shrek is universal, not pixar. Universal and the disney companys are like rivas, thus they would not let them use their ideas.

You got that right! Since aliens fit in with space they could be prizes for tomorrowland games, but new games for the theme, like a round up or shooting gallery ( that I thought differently of but agree with you on now ) would fit perfect for Woody.

They could honor all the Disney Animals, like Lady & the Tramp, 101 + 102 Dalmatians, Oliver and Company

Princess Month:
Including Tink (not really much of a princess, but ok) Belle, Ariel, and more. The only outfits of the princesses they made, were 3. they should have done more :)

So...When Halloween and Christmas roll around again, you'll complain again? ;) I see nothing wrong with another waterpark month. I don't recall anyone being bummed about another Pirate's month. According to the Wiki, waterpark month was last July and Pirate's was June. It's a month early this year but if it get's people wanting to go to the water parks (which is what VMK is designed for) then great! Maybe, like in the past, we will see some new colors of items released! Maybe even a few NEW items. :D

Hey! What can I say?:Embar: I guess I catch the occasional typo, too! But look, I edited it! I know a good theme. Good grammar month, where poeple in VMK don't go " i poor plz can me have free rare" Like the idea?

I wish VMK would actually just take the time to think and get more ideas instead of being a bit lazy and just doing a month all over again. I'm disappointed we had to live through Pirates month again and soon to be Waterpark month.

Well I'm glad they're doing another waterpark month because they can finally release the red typhoon crates, seagull lamps, yellow ski chairs etc..

I think the pirate stuff will be retired today since it's a new month. Hopefully VMK retires the Mr. Smee costume and Alice costume as well. ;)
