this some what startled her b/c she then said-i didnt think that so many would ever be bought,let alone i doubt they will be worn at all-

I only bought four. The only colors I would wear if I ever even choose to wear them. :)

I think part of the reason VMK_Phinny said she doubts they'll be rare is because they noted on the site they're in limited quantity...EVERYBODY went out to buy them.

Think about it, had you known those ugly green flips were going to go bye bye would you not have bought a pair or a few at least to trade?

:) So, knowing they're going out is making people buy buy buy...thus making them NOT rare.

I think the only thing more ugly than green flips would have to be the ned shirts LOL!

Very true. I was in a pin trading room during the last event where a cast member said those new HKDL saucer chairs would not be out that weekend...and they were issued less than TWO HOURS later. :D

Well I for one am glad to see the Ned's shirts go, if and when they do. I find them to be horrid and a utter waste. Sorry Ned, but even if your green shirt became rare like the green flips, I still would refuse to buy it.

But since the VMKforums are filled with unique individuals, I'm sure there are some that would buy them because they like Ned. Those people need to speak up. Give a big, "let's hear it for Shrunken Ned!" :)

well ned shirts will be gone soon just like green flips. i have also had this little tactic of my own i have been working on-i have gotten everything(yes every single thing) from every store,at least 5 of it. if any of these things to happen to just get taken off the market one day,i will have them

I think that is quite rediculous, but that is my opinion :)

lol i really do not think they will be rare because they told us ahead of time that they will leave (if they even will) I did buy some, just because i had extra credits on a mule i was finishing off, and they are kinda cheap. I bought some interesting colors, tho, thinking they would be rarer, like bright orange and different shades of blue.

I only bought two, one white short-sleeve, and one white long sleeve. I can easily sell them if they don't become rare.

I agree since everyone knows they are going to be gone they will not be too rare! I had someone tell me they woudl be very rare but I am not thinking so!

It would be one thing if they had just removed them from the stores with out telling anyone, then they would have been very rare, however because it was in the news letter, and 3000+ members here and on other boards read about it, there is no way they will be now.

fact is, im glad i did not spend the credits on them.

Has anyone considered the possiblity that the VMK staff is "testing" us again? Maybe they're trying to find out exactly "how many" mules are being created if information about particular item is announced in the news section. Shame on you guys who created mules for Ned shirts!!!

Yes, they may very well be tracking who gets the shirts and who they get traded to, but I feel no shame in having my mule accounts.
