You have to subsribe and PAY to get one. It isn't free.

u really wont waste money because 1 year is 5 bucks 2 years are 10 bucks and 3 years are 15 bucks i whould go with that if i wnated

Yea, its not alot of money.
Nick, was nice enough to give all those who signed up before Easter 2006(Not Sure) a free Userpage, and I was one of them. Not meaning to brag.

It is a gift for those who have donated money. I do not feel it was a waste, but I THANK those who have been able to aid us in providing my favorite spot on the internet.

Also, there are competitions sometimes (rarely) that award the winner with a UP. Just keep an eye out.

could you put music on blogs because I own 3 blogs.(not *******)
