Use the contact us and WAIT FOR A REPLY. Read the posts on VMKf, many people have got items back they have lost.
Stop jumping to conclusions and being like a baby, if I lost my hat, I wouldn't let the person get away with it. I'M not like that. Why give up? You've spent.. what? Almost 2 years on VMK? Why lose out now?
