The chance for the Sparrow outfit is very slim. I still haven't gotten this awesome outfit and I submitted around 50 codes. I want this badly. Here are the percentages I think the chance is.

Pirates of the Caribbean 2 Poster-31%
Skeleton Monkey-28%
Davey Jones Organ-20%
Dead Man's Chest-19%
Sparrow Outfit-2%

This is what I found after around 50 codes. Still not getting Sparrow. If you think these percentages should change at all or they are not correct, please post. If you think they are accurate, please post. If you really really really really want Sparrow, please post.

A couple of cast members at Disneyland told me the chances are, 1-5000 codes.

50 codes is not very many. There are those who have entered hundreds, if not thousands with no luck.

Then I really hope I am one of the lucky ones that don't have to go through around 1000 codes to get sparrow, but I will never stop trying. So far much of what I obtained is skeleton monkeys and the posters. Most are posters. Posters get annoying. Very annoying.

i got the sparrow suit from codes on saturday 21st. it took me about 800 codes. i posted a pick of message in the gallery under other areas. gl

Dont trust what the Disneyland Cast Members at Innoventions say - they're just regular cast members. They have no part in the game or VMK (other than working the booth).

That being said, there are a few who know what's up, but the majority of them just make stuff up as it comes along.
