There's a new member 10_21_96 and when I try to click it's profile it says I don't have the right privediligdes, anyone know what's up?

Googlebots don't show up in the "new members" field, just the Active Members list wheny ou click Active Members so it must be an undercover mod, or is it?

No, I think your username still shows up, but you can't do anything on the forums until you activate your account fully.

I think it's a test account for something.

Yes, the user has to check his/her e-mail for the account to be activated I believe.

There's a glitch in the new members listing that will show new users that aren't even active yet. We have an approval process that everyone must go through. Most are accepted, but every now and then, we have to refuse members like this one for various reasons.
