I know people have done this, but this is for people with only paint.. Paint is not easy, but sometimes it can be quite OK..

1. Always start out with a plan! Well you dont ALWAYS need it, you can let your brain flow but starting with a plan is easier - getting pictures from google-.

2. An easy way to start it is tracing the area your working on. Then if you get out of the lines, you know where to erase!.

3 If you want a crazy picture that is freaky or just plain weird, you the zoom button and start painting! then you dont know what it looks like, because its close up! - the magnefine glass - .

4. If you want a perfect finish, dont use the same color on the same subject, make one side darker so it looks like the suns on the bright side.

5. You may need to use the blend color alot! You might want to make your shirt into a dress! - the blend color is the button located right by magnefine glass under the eraser-

6. Detail! You need plenty of detail - putting streaks in the hair works alot - /SIZE]

7. You dont need to use every rule!

8. Last but not least, your edit may or may not come out right, but theres always enough time to try again some other day or, maybe even right away!

By doing all the rules but two and three, heres what i came out with : http://i99.****************/albums/l284/RBRootBeer/Zaaaaaaaa.jpg

Good guide. Btw, if you're talking about the tool in Paint that's under the eraser, and on the left of the magnifying glass, that's the "Pick Color Tool". It looks like a eye dropper or something. If you click that, and click another color on your canvas, it comes up with the same color. It's making it easier if you're editing a picture.

Also, good point about the "light". It's like shadowing and shading. The way the light is pointing to, is lighter and the part that's farthest away from the light should be darker. ;)

I have a number nine:
Take your time.
If you rush into it, it'll look bad, and will be off.

Just making a suggestion. ~Al
