Don't you mean POF? If so, you have to register, like you did. You might get an e-mail giving you a beta key which is a code you can enter to test the game and report bugs. But it could take awhile if you get in.

Make sure your computer has the requirements, they're pretty high -

PC running Windows XP
2 GHz or faster processor
1 GB RAM
128 MB video card

Yes, they send everyone a "welcome" e-mail. You won't get a beta key in it, that's in a different one.
