This is the original Beta Welcome Screen (Which did stay for a bit after beta). Most people know about this.
The Mickey ears were once like that but edited to be like they are now.
The Pirate costume is the same as the pirate costume in 'Pirate Magic' which was said to be released, but no-one is really sure as (if my memory serves me correctly) hasn't been confirmed by staff/producers.
