Should VMK Make Rabbit Ears for Easter?

No, rabbit ears aren't "Disney." But Easter-egg-style Mickey ears, like those they sell at Disneyland, would be great!

They should only sell hats that are close to what they sell in the parks. Although, I have seen the Easter Bunny working for Disney. ;) (He helps them out as well)

Love the picture! I would be happy with that or the rabbit ears. Btw, rabbit ears could be disney - Alice in Wonderland followed the white rabbit down the hole didn't she? If it wasn't for him she would not have ended up in Wonderland and the story/film never made :)

Although it would be cool, for some reason i doubt VMK will ever celebrate easter as it is a mainly christian celebration which would cause religious complications.

It is a christian holiday but you could still have rabbit ears. Rabbits have almost nothing to do with the religious meaning of easter ;)

The Easter Bunny isn't a religious symbol. I don't see why they can't have rabbit ears in VMK. I don't know why all fun stuff has to be taken away because a few peeps might get - offended -. You know what - offends - me? People that are that easily offended is what offends me! So where's the changes to everything for peeps like me that are offended by peeps that are too easily offended? LOL

Great Idea, but i think they should also have a chesire hat ears too, that way it will link in with the fantasy month and the new alice ride. But yet i dont have a clue what im talking about half the time...

While I agree that it could cause religious complications, keep in mind that there's a white rabbit in Alice's story, so they have 2 reasons to make the hat. Also, they made a santa hat, didn't they..? That's religious too, because it ties into Christmas

EDIT: Yeah actually I didn't think about the complications it could make with the "taken" stuff.. Good point there. I'm liking the easter egg Mickey ears though ;)

I mean yeah if they had a nativaty scene in vmk then I could see some peeps saying that's religious but what does Santa or a bunny have to do with religion? Honestly am I missing something? I mean I'm not saying anything about anybodys religion one way or another but I have a pretty - traditional - American christian family and I don't remember Santa or a bunny ever being mentioned in church one time ever. Tell me what I'm missing here? Do people that aren't Christian (nothing against them in any way) think that Santa and the Easter bunny are taught in Christian church? Because if they are then I totally missed that part, lol.

people u might want to consider the fact that there was a problem once with a room called play boy mansion (i am in now way reffering it to anything) and the staff decided to delete the room, the rabbit ears might complicate that once again, if anyone knows exactly what im saying, but i agree with neoteny they should do the egg style ears...

St nick was based on a man in history he was extremly generous and gave everything he could to poor children. I have no clue wat the easter bunny is about tho. :smile_easterbunny:

I think the Easter bunny relates to spring, and since Easter is a holiday in Spring, society started to associate the bunny with it. It doesn't really have anything to do with the real meaning of Easter, but it's still associated with Easter. So there are 2 reasons VMK didn't make bunny ears, because it might offend people of other religions, and because girls could use it in the wrong way.
