I am wondering if anyone can magnify the items in the guest room picture that is given from the newsletter. Maybe we can see what some of the new items are up close!

Try this little trick I recently learned. Hold down your Ctrl key and roll the wheel on your mouse. This will changed the size of everything in the browser window.

Those cards are almost indefinatly going to be a piece of furnish

What yavn said in the newsletter puzzled me as he said in the poem, flying by? Flying Carpet Magic? LOL, I wish.

Some of the items below (like the trees and brushes & the queen and the crochet flamingos) are more thank likely animated and will animate when ever the appropriate items are together. The paint brushes on the bottom left are alone with no tree so i can assume the above.

I think the heart arch is the teleporter; notice it is in the beginning and end of the room, and nothing comes before (beginning) or after (end).

Hmm, so including ride pieces, all the furniture in room, and the room itself...we can say there is about 20-30 of the 120+ items shown. So, 120+ are just Alice, but there is also another ride? This is crazy...they better sell all of this or everybody will quit vmk in disappointment.

i think he means the ride pieces themselves are exactly the same except for the start pieces. Use one start piece or use it in a certain direction, you are riding the catipillar from Alice in Wonderland. Use the other start piece or use it in the other direction, and you get something else from another ride.


Hmm...maybe the other ride is Winnie the Pooh...we can get some animated heffalumps.

Can anybody make out what the heart sign says? I think it says "Do come back," just like the sign at the end of the ride.

i found the sign on a video but i still cant read it. I think it says Queen of hearts Garden or something like that. I Have the movie on my Media Center i watch it and look for it.

So do you think the arch is something we can walk - under - ? Because if it is it would be the first thing like that in vmk that I can think of.

Interesting, the card arch is something other than a teleporter that you can go under and through. Also the roses turn red as you ride past them.

Here's a new idea: What if everything in the pic is just furniture? I'll bet that the actual room is just a dark, empty room with a background. Why would this be? So we would have the perfect room to create any kind of dark ride we want!

Also, here's something else to think about: Yavn said there would be Alice, and one other ride. And he also said that he and his team made 120, just for Alice. So, doesn't that mean it's possible that he and his team created even more for the other ride?

No only possible, but probable!

Also, it seems likely to me (from looking at the events listed on the April calendar) that the other dark ride is Mr. Toad's Wild Ride. Yay, I say!

Possibly, but not all of these 120 Pieces will be available to us. Yes, he said 120 new furniture pieces and things, but remember there is a lot of Furniture pieces in VMK that we can not have. One big example is in the 3 Haunted Mansion rooms where the NPC Ghosts are all have those boxes, dividers, etc. Those are all listed in the Data Base as furniture, but we can not obtain them for personal use. Therefore I would not be expecting 120+ new items for US to have personally. <-- Just my 2 cents

Perhaps they will introduce a Haunted Mansion ride in October though including more props/furniture such as the boxes, dividers, etc. Who knows what the future holds?(and if you do, can you please tell me the lottery numbers?)

An Alice dress would be great, although I'd like to see something new for the boys, too. :)

I am thinking that is the reason for the paintbrushes, because they want the impression that they are "painting" that scene around you on the ride.
