I decieded to narrow it to the most frequent ones that's why Sierra Mist and Mountain Dew werent in it.

Yes, 7Up is great when you're sick.
Whenever I get sick to the point of vomiting, I drink 7Up.
Why?
Because the carbonation, and other factors, of 7Up helps you vomit (and vomitting is good, because you'll be vomitting out stuff that make you sick) and eases you.
