Well, according to a post by Nasaman, the thing on the back of the spacesuit isn't a jetpack, it's an ECLSS.

"By the way, the new Greeen Mission Space Vest has an ECLSS on its back. That stands for Environmental Control and Life Support System. The real ones reproduce an Earth normal enviroment for the astronauts while they work in space. I think that really fits the theme of the month!"
