I see there is alot of other people having the same problem as me and I think the VMK GURU's overlooked this when they changed the scoring system on the remixed game. Unless something has been changed the last time I tried it , which has been a while since I gave up on the fireworks part, but the scoring on the old fireworks was much more generous with the points compared to the stingy Remixed game.

If they have changed this please let me know:easter-bop-a-bunny:

I was almost to getting my yellow car magic but was held up by the haunted mansion game, since I would dc most times I played it. I could make the necessary 200,000 points in fireworks that would come later. When I got more memory for my computer and finally made it past the mansion, they had changed fireworks and now I can't even get half the score needed. Even with practice I only make a litle over 2,000, so I probably will never be able to get the yellow. I'm glad I already had pink!

I don't think I could ever have scored the 280,000 points required for the green Autopia pin before the Firework remix. The new Fireworks version took a lot of getting used to, but I was eventually able to reach the 5,500-point goal and earn the green Autopia pin. So: Hooray for the easier Fireworks goals!

It's not easier for me.. Really, actually, a lot harder. The most i could get on the old game was 265,000, plenty enough for my orange monster truck. :) But, now i have to get 5,000 on the new game, and i can barely get 3,000!

I find the new fireworks a lot harder. I think it is because you need to get flawless for your points (and lots in a row), which I cannot do. The old game was a lot easier in the fact you could get awesome all the way through and still get decent points. If I aim for flawless then I miss :(

I'm stuck on my Green Car Quest at remixed fireworks too. Wish I had finished it before they changed that game. At least I got the three others on the old fireworks game.

I got the pink one, but it took like 12 times. Now I get 3,000 easily, but I have NOO idea how some of you get like 6,000!!!

Oh well, at least I got it... But now VMK doesn't let me on so that was a waste of time....

Everyone complains about getting the score on the fireworks game--how about getting 85 ghosts in the Haunted Mansion game? It is the same. Some of us are better at one or the other game. I think they should lower the total number of ghosts caught in the Haunted Mansion game to make it equal.

I think once you get the new version figured out it is a lot lower score required relative to the old game.
I was lucky and got the green car before they changed it, but it was a lot more difficult to get the 280,000 than it is to get 5500. The main thing is to work on getting flawlesses. If you can get your timing right, the score just goes up. And it is better to miss than get an awesome if you have been getting flawlesses in a row - and hope for a lag free game!

I JUST got the Pink car today!

I think that things will change when the 2nd Star Quest start, which according to the newsletter, will be soon.

I worked forever on old fireworks to get the score needed for green car magic and I finally go it but only once. Once new fireworks came out I got good enought at it way faster. My best scores in new fireworks are just a little over 6000 points and honestly I don't even really try THAT hard. To get 280000 on old fireworks I had to play my - perfect - game and just hope that I got enough of the ones that come out really fast at the end of the last round. Now I can get a little over 6000 in the new game and I'm not even close to perfect or doing as good as could do if I really tried my best to be as good as I could if I really had to try. So trust me the scores for new fireworks are WAY easier than they were with old fireworks.
