How do you define an artist, anyway? I mean, for example, does Walt Disney count? What about the Beatles? Tim Burton? J.K. Rowling? The people who design the pins for VMK?

I did visit the Salvador Dalí museum in St. Petersburg, Florida, a couple of years ago, and I've seen a few other Dalí exhibits, as well. Very cool, freaky stuff.

Sure those are considered artists. But I'm kinda talking about like, paintings and stuff. You know what I mean? ( sorry if this poll disapointed you :()

I went to Italy a few years ago and fell in love the work of Michelangelo Buonarroti. His statue of David is amazing in person and I was awe struck (awe stricken?) by the Sistine Chapel ceiling. I also really enjoy Van Gogh and Monet.

That statue is amazing. I like the whole legend about the emperor not liking the nose, so he climbed up and just threw around some dust, when he really didnt change it. And the emperor loved it's ' new ' form. lol.
