You probably need to change the file type to GIF or JPG.

Since this is more like a picture JPG would be the better choice.

Use something like Paintshop Pro, Adobe Photoshop Elements, Photoshop or some such file to open the existing file and do a save as from the file menu to change it to a different file type.

Copy this to your machine and then put it in your storage area.
