If you think VMK is opening slow and are having to wait a long time to get into VMK, you may want to try firefox. I don't know about you, but Firefox is going much faster on my compouter. Just thought I'd help out! :)

Whenever i try using firefox for VMK, it freezes up on me. It works fine for you huh? hmm...

loading screen is not apparearing on either of my laptops or my PC, are they currently working on it?

I am loading it past about one hour already and its with the vmk logo the black screen all full but it wont start uploading!

This may be a technical error that is happening with some computers. I signed into mine just fine but I'm not sure what is happening. Again, they may be fixing bugs ;)

whatever is going on is really really strange because i can get on it with my computer but not my laptop LOL and I have tried many times over a few hours now. The pc no problem every time, the laptop just cant get there no matter what i try, even different browsers.

I have tried on Mozilla, IE on both my laptop and PC, and my mom's lapton and PC aswell... and my brother's PC aswell... nothing.... Just a black screen, not even a logo (after I log in).

i have been trying to get into the kingdom since 12pm my time nothing just black screen, did all the cleaning computer, even reinstalled shockwave, and still nothing. What is going on is my system or VMK

Nvm, it still dosn't work for me. UGH.. I just found out about this to, because i was playing VMK and i lost connection (like any other connection) so i just got out came back, and tried to log in, then it was a BLACK screen; no VMK logo, nothing, and thats when i came on VMK forums.

Edit: ok i tried the virus scan stuff and i deleted all the junk and even re-started my pc but nothing. Still a balck screen. What's weird is i have been on VMK like all day and it has not happened before. I guess ill just have to wait until tomorrow. I still have to go to Dumb School though!

Well, I sometimes used to get a stupid window on VMK that, I couldn't move the screen around, so I couldn't play for many months.

The dreaded 'friend's list' bug has returned.
Where you open your friend's list and you crash.

I think we now have a label bug! Like when you click on your friends list or on the room guide it says enter room or send message - it doesn't say that! Then my computer says this prgram is not responding!

I'm glad to see this thread going, because I am having the same problems.

The past six times I've logged in, the black VMK screen comes up, and a white box appears to inform me of that VMK has "crashed."

About 3000+ players are online right now, so I was wondering: are any of you playing? For some reason, I can't seem to get through; I just wanted to know if it was just my computer or something else I should look into.

I was in there this morning. Did you try dumping your temp files and reloading?

From there just keep on refreshing until you get the login screen. I'm not positive on if you get the black screen or not, cause VMK is being downloaded on my computer. I had to delete my temporary internet files. :(

i think it's just because disney haven't a big enough server to support the users vmk gets. i expect as soon as too many people tried to log the surver just collapsed

Well there was nothing wrong with the fan site they were simply upgrading it and VMK well it was not working for me but the thing you had was not the problem I think it might of been to busy I don't really know all I know is that it is working now.

Again There Having Problems What Is Up With This!!

OMG, hope it is not a repeat of last night. Something is going on somewhere, all the Disney sites went down when VMK did...I was thinking maybe they are trying to link the memory game with codes and there is a problem. This is speculation, but last night when it went down, ALL the sites were down...could not get into DLR or WDW sites...

VMK is actingup for me too! i go to type in my name and password and it will not take it! i know i didnt get banned and i know its the right email and password i checked it about a million times. is anyone getting that :( im worried

I cant get on VMK. Whenever I click the log in thing it says that it is busy, then when i refresh the normal screen pops up, when I put in all the stuff to log in and click log in it says that it is busy AGAIN! Is anyone getting the same problem?

I am also getting that problem. Only once though.

Has anyone noticed something funny going on today in vmk?? i mean every 2 seconds i am getting dc!!! and then when i went to the staff game... everyone got dc except for me and then i won the prize! I mean i don't think this is normal!! I got some strange message saying this room has limited access only plz try another room... ok.... anyone else recieve this message?? =)

Great that you won the pin but when it says the one message it means it is friends only. Or for staff closed.

I have been really slow in vmk and having trouble moving...I click to move but don't go anywhere. Then the strangest things happened to me when I got into the Host game. I was in line behind the closed turnstile and lanterns all around blocking me in. The players were racing up the chairs. I click on the wall behind the chairs to read the photo instructions and all of a sudden I was sitting in one of the chairs in the race. I didn't walk there and I didn't teleport there, I was just there. I felt so bad because I blocked someone that was racing, but still have no idea how it happened. The pictures are on the side of the chairs, so I didn't click on the chairs. It was really strange.

OK, I'm having trouble getting on vmk right now and so is my friend. What is going on?
Anyone else having the same problem?

Same here. VMK is loading worse than dragging a cow up a mountain. I'm sure they're (staff) going to close it off and fix the problems like they did last time, so I think I'll wait. :)

I can't log in either. I have been trying to get back on for about 30 mins. Each time I refresh the page there are fewer and fewer players on. Looks like VMK is crashing.

Niether can I it is probably because they are fixing it or something.

Now I can't even visit the homepage!!

me too, i cant log in.

Every time I refresh there are either far less people than the last time I refreshed, or more people than the last time... and so I refresh again. I hope to see a steady pattern of increasing people soon.
And if not, I hope it's because they've got something special planned :)

Me too....I see the amount of kids in kingdom is going down but says site is busy....so I can not get in...ARG!!
