Agreed. More new things = slower VMK. I just want some virtual place I can just enjoy. And no offense, but more items just tempts people to be a bit ... wanting. Thus, resulting in more mules, rule breaking, ect...

Umm, it's not their fault at all.. It's the server and the server can't send us all a message saying sorry -the server.
It's not yavn, hosts, staff fault. We don't deserve an apology either i think we owe one to them. We complain all the time about it being closed, we ask questions to them about it and they don't know about it! Just my opinion..

My idea is that a certain amount of us players have been bombarding the Contact Us tool and perhaps Yavn is busy working on the problem? Yes, it would make sense for somebody to update the page with a notice stating perhaps how long it may take, but they're probably doing something... out there... in the virtual world. :)

Everyone please try and stop and think. VMK is having problems. Has this happenned before? Yes, it has. Now do you think this incident is worth quitting VMK? Because I have heard a few people stating they will quit VMK. Now are you kidding or are you that dramatic about this situation? If you are that dramatic about it. Well then that is your loss. This is just a bug that VMK staff are trying to fix. Calm Down. It as if computers are screaming around the world saying VMK is doomed. VMK has many problems. And VMK staff hut down VMK to fix these problems. Try to imagine the pressure the staff is getting from all of our screaming computers. My computer is set on a whisper. What is the thread called? Help! VMK went down and all I got was this black screen. If it was called "The place to tell everyone to be quiet because VMK does not work!" Would be ok.. But people are doing what the thread should be about.

Phinny told them the room wasn't working. So they switched to It Takes Two and they put the prize in the winner's inventory. It seems like they are still trying to fix the prize room, makes sense because the next teleporter game was supposed to be running right now.

I can't calm down, THIS IS MY LIFE. Because nobody ever plays with me or does anything with me, they're either on their computer or doing work. My mom does work ALL the time....selling and buying stuff on eBay. My sister is mean to me most of the time, and my dad, he just had surgery and can't move that much. I can't go outside or do anything without supervision, I have no neighbors that are nice and my age, and reading gives me a headache...

So, I can't really calm down, because THIS IS MY LIFE. I have nothing else to do...

I highly doubt they are adding anything huge.. maybe an item in the store... but not any big updates. I am thinking this is because of the maze event.

hi. vmk hasn't been working for two days. a black screen just appears. I asked some of my friends who play vmk to and they said it isn't working for them either. I am not banned so that isn't a problem either. i really want to get the blue feather mask and doubleloon pin, but i can't get it unless i get on to vmk!! :confused:

VMK is opened now. Try refreshing the homepage and logging in again.

Actually, it was about six hours yesterday. And then another four hours or so this morning.

Nooooo, I tried to log in right now, and the VMK bar loaded, VMK updated, and now I'm stuck with the black screen. Ugh. Does anyone know why this is happening these days? Too many changes? Come on, I want to play VMK!! :mad:

it seemed like it was down longer to me.. i tried to get on at about 4 or 5 EST, couldn't get on, went out to dinner, got back at about 10:00 EST, and it was still down. btw im in now. woot!

hueston, we have fixed our problem. the crash of the huge rock damaged our engine but we fixed it... wont be a problem for some time now. probably when we land back down on earth this will be a little problem, but in the mean time everything is up and running like new. some crashes there caused by little chunks of rock in the astro belt. but anyways, our journey to jupiter might take a while so why dont we all relax and chase our drinks!
