This is happening to MANY players (it happened to me too); Try rebooting your computer, and that should work. If it doesn't try again, or delete your cookies. If it continues not to work, try contacting VMK.

EDIT: If you are using VMKPal, try logging via the VMK Homepage. I was using VMKPal and tried the normal log in and its fine.

If you're getting a message stating you were banned, you were banned. Sorry. This thread is for those of us having problems signing in because of the new main page. We get a security message that makes us log in again and again and again....or we get the white 'vmk has crashed' box.
If you see a message stating you were banned, use the contact us tool and ask vmk to explain why and when you were banned.

Eviie, if you've already tried clearing your cache, try deleting shockwave and reinstalling. This usually fixes that problem.

Sometimes when i enter my password and username it tells me it is incorrect a few times before it actually starts to load, and i KNOW that i am typing it right.

Something must be going on with the Disney sites. I tried logging into my movie rewards account and it says that my login info is wrong. I am putting in the correct information. I tried to use the Contact Us option and it is doing the same thing.

LOL I told hula that, everyone came to see the Hula and crashed the game, however it does crash for other hosts too :snow_cool:

that has happen before once out of vmk i hated it all disney sites were down for hours saying they were fixing something when vmk slowly came back ppl try to type in there info and it would not work even the contact us! i got on with one of my mules and used the help tool they say that even the staff had the same problem

Maybe it's all the clicking of trying to get in or all the search at the start to find the room right when it opens. But whatever it is it's a pretty bad event because for one thing the line moves so slow that not every many people can get in the room and the peeps that are trying to get in crash vmk. So vmk should just learn from this that it's a bad idea and maybe just stop doing it. Or if they want to keep the event then have it be a - VMK yard sale - with more hosts having rooms open so there's a chance for more peeps to get in and not have so many peeps bogging down vmk with clicks trying to get in to lines that are so full.

Wow. Anyone else getting an all white page saying the "site is temporarilly full, please try again later" message when they try to go to the vmk site. It actually loaded their home page once and showed only 3500 players playing too.
