Thats really odd i just got a message when i logged on saying VMK was closed. It is open from - TIMES and then the message changed saying there was a technical difficulty.

Mine isn't working either....

It lets me login and loads, then when it should switch to the map screen, it goes black and says

something about it being closed, and it is only open 10am - 1am EST... to try again during those hours...

Not so much about thinking I'm banned, because I saw the message that said VMK was going down for a bit, but if they just put a message on the main page saying "We're down for a while" and "We're back up!" then we could just reload that and wouldn't have to keep trying to log in to see if things are back up, which I'm sure isn't helping their problems.

Hmm...well I had that same problemo.
I guess VMK has too many people online or trying to get online.
Although when this happened to me it sayed to try to login again
and when I did I got it.
Sometimes you have to click the black screen twice really fast to get it going.
I don't get the problem anymore though.

Just to let everyone know, I was just on VMK and it is closing again for enhacements. So if people are having trouble getting on the sight you'll know why. This happened the other day and we all went in to a panic. It was closed for about an hour.

i know i was in the space quest dock and the words i was typing were not showing up. i had to exit and re-enter the room to get them to work. i was not the only person it happened to at that moment.

That is eastern standard time that is shown there. unless your coming from another time zone. VMK opens different times for different people with the time zones. If you are under pacific coast time (official vmk time) then vmk opens at 7:00 am. Otherwise vmk is still closed and we have no indication of when it might come up again.

I just had the same problem with my signature.. I could not erase it, I could not figure out what the problem was. There was nothing typed in and it still would not accept it. I kept getting error messages. As crazy as it sounds I had to erase what I typed when erase the blank area again. It finally worked.

It's not VMK Pal, ChrisR. It's VMK's homepage log-in screen.
VMK Pal is connected to the VMK log-in screen. Therefore you can't log in on VMK.

The entir DLR server doesn't need to be shut down costing Disney thousands of dollars so that a furniture item is to be put in a VMK shop. Have you tried to go to DLR.com? That was down too last time i checked.

Hellokittyfan, we must postpone our trade again! Oh well, there is something new to vmk. The turnstiles are coming out :) Mocha and Sparky said I had to leave, because they were putting turnstiles into shops. Good thing I was saving up!

whaaa? I thought yavn said that they weren't going to be released in a while. Only given out as rewards and all that jazz

Yes, I know this but it still goes under it. Before in the past when things like this happened it still went under that thread. It saves up space for VMKF. Am I right? Ah here we go...

You can close it ;) That way they can go post on the right threadl. I think that would help the MODs instead of just leaving it to them :)
