People are posting to say they can't get on. These are short, informative post, or just comments about not being able to get on VMK

Then other people post to these posts, to tell them not to post spam. Which seems to me to be spam too. An also does not seem quite friendly.

Is there a problem with people talking and posting on these forums? Is bandwidth and storage such an issue that we need to conserve? I am new and really dont' quite understand all this.

I thought this was a message board type place where you can talk via posting to others. If I am in error, please let me know.

When I can't get on VMK it is nice to read that others are having trouble too. Then I don't worry it is my computer or connection.

Our sister site, VMKForums is having problems at this time.

The server farm where the VMKf server is located seems to have been infested with rabbits. Go figure.

ToontownCentral's server is in a different location, and is not affected by this.

We hope to have VMKf back up as soon as possible.

That was posted on TTC. So, it was just some technical problems, no one was banned. :)

It was simply technical issues that caused the site to be unavailable. The message that some saw was a generic message. I can assure you that this kind of failure is rare and not related to the number of users here.

Yeah they must be working on VMK and taken it off-line. Now there is no connection at all to the server that vmk is on. Nothing to do with anyone's computer as you can go to any other site (uh like this one :)) so you are still connected to the internet yourself. VMK ppl have just taken the vmk site off the internet to work on it.

VMK isn't working for me. I have VMK pal & omg it wont even come up! SO i try the regular vmk site and the site wont even load!! Some 1 Plz help!:confused::mad:

Yes vmk is currently having problems. Nobody can get into the game right now. It's sad but true. Hopefully they are fixing the disconnection problem or they are just moving some systems to different areas for better connection. Whatever is going on, i think that it will get fixed pretty soon. At least i hope so :(

OFF TOPIC: lol i had a dream last night that i won inferno to bad it was't real life......

now is the time to:

-read a book
-learn a new language
-invent a better VMK
-have a staring contest with this guy: @_@
-Get a box of lucky charms and only eat the marshmallows
-or stare at your computer and use your mind powers to make VMK work...

Same here. Let's all just give it a few hours... They're probably changing the site a bit, or it's just going berzerk because everyone's trying to get in at once!

Sometimes I have trouble. Sometimes when I respond to theards or something else, it sometimes says server too busy. I keep on quitting Internet Explorer and go back on and try again, it usually works.

OMG 400 DOLLAR INFERNO?! lol

VMK must be having alot of technical difficulties. It has been down, basically since 11 EST. Everyone has had slow log in windows, and such, basically since that time. VMK is not having a lucky day today -.-

I got in vmk for 5 minutes, at like 11:15, so it is not your computers :)

If this keep up, I may actually have to get some real work done today.

I do have tickets to see "Cory in The House" later this afternoon though!

I have been trying to get onto VMK for the last hour, still no luck :(

You payed $400 for inferno?! (it hurts me to say it, i do love VMK, but i do get pretty obsessed with it, but all in all it is just pixels, getting upset about it is enough, but spending money is a little OTT considering VMK is supposed to be a free game)

I really hope the staff members fix this problem with the Disney internet sites. Who knows maybe they are giving some disney sites an extreme make-over, or maybe they are moving stuff around to get a better connection and kill the disconnection monster once and for all!! If vmk ever gets rid of dc i will make a room called Ding Dong The Wicked Dc Monster Is Dead!! And probably make it look like there are monster feet sticking out from under a house lol.
