The home page still isn't working for me. There's a rumour (NOT PROVEN YET) that the Disney servers got attacked, somehow. Anyway, it's not proven yet, but that would explain why VMK, TT, Disneyland, and all the other Disney sites are down, and have been down for the last 7 some hours. But like I said, it's a rumour, nothing to be worried about.

Oddly enough, I am on the homepage, the page is working, but the log in, you click it, and it does not load...

Hey everyone, I'm trying to log on to VMK on my screwed up computer, since my good computer doesn't have internet right now. Anyway, a week ago, I was able to log into VMK without any problem. But now that I am away for weeks, everytime I get back my computers get worse. Well, this one does.


Here is my problem,

When I get to the VMK homepage, I log on with my username and password, and click log in. When the blue and round VMK logo appears, it just stays like that and doesn't load, and there is an hourglass all over my VMK screen. I really need help.

Ok, first of all, VMK Pal has NOTHING (and I mean absolutely NOTHING AT ALL) to do with how VMK runs. It's just a more fun environment to play in, and nothing else. VMK Pal won't affect VMK, so please stop suggesting it, because I do have VMK Pal. It's no different on there.

Okay, I bet this has been posted before, x.x, But today all of a sudden vmk has stopped loading at the end. This just started happening today, usually it takes about ten seconds for me to log into VMK, but all today it has stopped and taken near a half an hour to get in. Is this a problem with my compurter, or shockwave, or something? X.X

This is regular usually you have to wait a half hour if you have AOL it takes much longer to get to different places.

I cleaned my computer and it worked. XD I think that's basically deleting cookies.... erm, yeah, I think... XD Thanks though :) LOL!

I think the fireworks game is the culprit for this shut down. As of about 20 minutes ago, I would get into a fireworks game, get under way, and it would kick me back out into the lobby. And I was in first place at the time. It must have a glitch getting attention now.

I'm a VMKPal user, and all I'm getting is the "You may be running a firewall" warning thing telling me to run google, or connect from the real site or whatever...

But I know that by now, when VMKPal is telling me to connect to google when all my other sites are running fine, that VMK is down. And it'd be just my luck for it to be down before I go away. I only have tomorrow really to get that Blizzard Beach room, and enjoy as much of VMK as possible...Sunday is POTC2 and chillin with my friends...so, hopefully this maintenance will be done before 11...[it's 9 here now, so there we go]

Did anyone have trouble getting into a fireworks game before the crash. I had 116K going to the next level and it sent us all to the lobby, then everytime I tried a game some got sent back to the lobby before playing. So irritating.

Yeah i get the same thing Page Cannot be Displayed

Thank goodness that it is not just me! I have just downloaded AOL, and I thought that it was slowing VMK down. Uggh.. I hate it when this happens @_@

ok isn't the black screen when vmk doesn't load and when u move the page around u get like copies of the original thing? ok thought so

if its that problem keep refreshing the page

it worked for me so try it yourself

if you did it about a few times just wait a few seconds

the load screen will finally come up

I'm right there with you. Only difference is, I have a bit more patience than anyone else here (obviously, look at all the posts!) I have other things to do, so I actually CAN live without VMK for a "little" while, but not THAT long!

PS. Thanks to whomever suggested making cookies, I just got mine out of the oven, that was a good idea.

Can anybody get into VMK? I know it was down a long time ago, but like ten minutes ago, I got to the map page thing but got dc. And now I can't get back to it.

I know, I have been waiting to get on for like 2 hours!!

there's probably been a lot of people saying these, but i have theories as to why it's down:

1. Fixing the server
2. Fixing the Fireworks booting bug
3. Adding some decorations for the Birthday weekend.

Could be wrong though.

i can't get in VMK. when it finishes loading, i just get a black screen!! =(

i bet it went down cause so many people were trying to get into the tiki tiki island at once! i havent been on since 8 this morning, were there still 50 people trying to get in?

oh boy, 106 degrees at my house...they say not to go outside because the heat is "lifethreatening"...scary eh?
