I did for about 10 minutes. I kept leaving and re-entering my room. Finally, I got it. And I got the black screen for like 70 minutes. I hat that trade bug! I was trying to give a prize to someone in falling chairs so I always have tot ell them to be my friend and follow me to Main Street.

It usually says its closed when they are fixing it. Im sure it will be back open today :) I have seen it say closed before. No worries :)

Hahaha...HicksTricks...cool sn. :) but anyways try turning off your computer, leave it off for about 30 minutes or so, turn it back on, wait 3 whole minutes for the opening desktop to load (the thing that comes after "welcome" when you first turn it on with your little icons and the start button in the bottom left corner) then go to internet, go to VMK, log in, and give it some time. Maybe 5 minutes, then it should come back to life. ;)

Okay all this morning I haven't been able to get on VMK! It's really getting on my nerves 'cuz I'm trying to settle this trade with someone for a pirate costume!!! Here's what happens:
I type in VMK, it takes FOREVER to load up, then all that comes up is a page saying Cannot find server.
Is this because VMK officials are doing something to celebrate VMK's 1 year anniversary? Maybe they're decorating all of VMK or something else special. But I just really want to get on!!!

For me I see the homepage and there are about 3,000 players online, and when I click on the log in it says I have low bandwith when the login loads.

When the VMK screen starts to update, the part with Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon in the background, what percent does it stop at for you? For me, it stops at 41%. In my opinon, that means that VMK is getting faster, since it used to be only 32%. Then 38%, and now 41%. What percentage does it stop at for your computer when updating? Just wondering if mine is different than everyone elses...

I tried logging on to VMK this mornring, only to find after about 5 minutes of loading, a black screen. No VMK logo, no advertisements showing up, nothing. I cleared all of the VMK Temporary files stored on my computer, hoping to reset the website, but still, nothing.

Is anyone else having this problem, or is it just me? And does anyone know how to fix it?

It is VERY common. You can't fix it, at least I don't think so.

Disney is fixing bugs right now, everyone can't get in at this point.

Don't get your hopes up that something new will be in the shops when VMK opens again. If this is like previous times, nothing new will be added, the game will just be fixed.

On the other hand TropcalStitch is right, some times, well alot of the times VMK closes to fix bugs or do something that holds us up, they mostly never add anything new, they just add it to the game when VMK is closed and no one is on, or when VMK is open, and they just add it... o,o

In the last few minutes they did make changes to the main page. I just can't see why they would get us excited over the weekend with the slide parts and NOT have the rooms available or the furniture pieces to go with it?

Actually if you and anybody else here is having trouble accessing VMK you can just go to www.vmkpal.com and download VMK Pal. it ROCKS !!! you can play VMK and you can do lots more. if it comes up with a message saying you need to change your screen resolution on windows right click on a blank area of the desktop and click properties. then click settings and drag the slider to 1280 by 720 pixels
