yup me too. It says there's like 638 people in now, but i tried and i can't get in

well i was one of those few ppl still on, a messaged popped up saying that it was going down for a while. vmk had been slow all day and i was checking the amt of ppl on and it was reaching to almost 4,000 ppl. i believe the servers were overloading so lets just give them some time.

ah every time me and my friends have a reunion something goes wrong:(

My loading bar stops 1/3 of the way even if I reload and reload..

The black screen is happening to all of us. It seems they have started to close VMK down daily or at least once every couple of days.

I use VMKPal, if you don't, it helps so you should download it. It is a VMK player thingy, so you don't have to open up an iNternet Exporer!! Maybe someone's already posted about this, but I'm not sure I just seen the problem and wanted to help!!! :mickey2:

omg it was so weird! i was about to go to the "help vmk is down and all i got was a black screen" thread and just as i was about to submit my message vmk popped up. I think it's just that there's a rush of people trying to get in all at once. So i guess just wait a bit longer (it took me about 2 minutes)

I was mistakenly banned (for the third time this month) so I had no idea but when I tried again to see if they had lifted my ban again I got dc, must be the evil black screen if others are having this problem as well.
