Why close now! It shows the "VMK is open 10:00 am - 1:00 am EST" screen. It is almost 11:00 am EST! It's not a server crash because we only get that screen when staff consciously puts it up! What's going on?

i've been trying repeatedly to get in, and it's still not working..:(

After seeing the FANTASTIC job and all the fun we are going to have in Tomorrowland, I am going to cut VMK a huge amount of slack. Soon they will fix what went wrong and it is going to be so so so AWESOME!!!

Fonna is right..............we have so much fun on VMK we need to be a little more patient when there is a problem. I bet they are working very very hard to solve this and will get the game back online as soon as they can.

Remember guys this is for fun and it is free. Disney did not have to do this but they did. I know there can be costs involved but only if you want to spend the money for park quest items and such.

But bottom line is you never have to spend a dime to play if you do not want to.

I don't know why it's so slow but it's driving me crazy. I'm trying to do a quest but it takes like two minutes to get into a room. Then another few minutes for me to be able to move.

I remember this problem when Frontierland came out. Remember VMK just released tomorrowland today so it is very new. You will just have to be patient. My suggestion is log out, do something else until later this evening (around 8:00) and hopefully VMK will fix the problems. That way you won't waste your time trying to do quests that take you about 15 minutes to do without the problems and about 45 minutes to do with all the problems.

just be patient with it. don't keep pressin F5. it will eventually come up. just with everything else, the start up screen is also going slow along with all of vmk.

of course, it was going to go slow. everytime there is new things, this happens.

As Karo said it is going very well i think. When bat magic came out you would crash all day and i haven't crashed much today. When Frontierland came out the lines were horrible and today not much of a wait. So i think it is very good today and it's been going very smooth.

I got in vmk but... i couldn't get into any where in Tomorrowland and I can't do the quests :(

In my opinion, the reason why the game is running very slow is because of the new Tomorrowland. This behavior in the game is very common when new things come out. Give VMK about a week to fix this problem. Just like Maribeth said, wait up to five minutes for the screen to come up. Patience is the key!

When i was doing my quests it was so annoying because i kept crashing and disconnecting. I finally got disconnected even longer. I am trying to log in and vmk pal says:
At the top: "Information"

Main Message: "There was an error accesing the internet.The server could be temporarily down of VMK Pal may be blocked by your firewall software.

If this problem continues, please check your firewall software and make sure it is not blocking VMK Pal."

I got back on but I noticed some of the tomorrow land stuff is slow but most of the other stuff is a little faster
